Generator Rental: Short-term and long-term rental of diesel generators (25 kVA to 2 MW).
Sales: Sale of brand-new diesel generators, reconditioned generators, and spare parts.
Maintenance & Overhauling: Preventive maintenance, Annual Maintenance Agreements (AMA), and complete engine overhauling (Top, Minor, and Major).
Emergency Support: 24/7 on-call technical support.
Note: While we strive to keep the information on this website accurate, specific terms regarding pricing, delivery, and scope of work for rentals and maintenance will be outlined in a separate written contract or quotation provided at the time of service.
3. Product Sales and Warranty
New Generators: Brand new generators are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms, which will be provided upon purchase.
Reconditioned Generators: Reconditioned units are sold as described. Any specific warranty or guarantee for reconditioned units will be explicitly stated in the sales invoice.
Spare Parts: Parts are sold based on compatibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the part ordered matches their equipment specifications.
4. Rental and Maintenance Agreements
If you hire equipment or engage us for maintenance:
Equipment Use: Rented generators must be operated by competent personnel and used solely for their intended purpose.
Fuel and Consumables: Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, fuel and daily consumables are the responsibility of the client.
Damages: The client is responsible for any damage to rented equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow operational guidelines.
Safety Compliance: All operations must adhere to safety standards, including the BNBC Electricity Act 2018 and Electricity Rules 2022.
5. Intellectual Property
The content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images (e.g., project photos), and software, is the property of Tayeb Power Engineering or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
